Rose + Myla sells stylish organic and eco-friendly baby clothing and products that are a safe alternative for your little ones’ skin. Rose + Myla are the first names of our moms. Our organic baby boutique was named after them because they are great examples of mothers to us. They have hearts of gold and always want the best for us. We wanted to honor them in a way that would show them how much we love and appreciate them. In addition, we wanted to leave a legacy for our children and grandchildren to be proud of.
Organic cotton is grown without the use of toxic pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. It is considered to be pure, natural, sustainable, and eco-friendly. We consider ourselves to be an “or.GRAN.ic” baby boutique! Why or.GRAN.ic?? Because we love our mothers and they are GRANdmothers! We added “GRAN” to organic because the pure love our mothers give us, their grandchildren, family, and friends has been unconditional, sustainable, generational, and vital to us becoming who we are today. In addition, we aspire to always model that same pure love for our own children as well.
Being parents, we understand how important it is to ensure that your children have quality clothing and products that are safe and free of harmful dyes and pesticides. Rose + Myla was started to give parents another option when it comes to purchasing organic clothing and products. Lastly, it has always been on our bucket list to own a thriving baby boutique. The Coronavirus wreaked havoc on the global economy in 2020 and the rest is history! Rose + Myla was born!
Meet Rose + Myla
Rose is my beloved mother! She was the youngest girl out of seven siblings. Rose grew up in Albany, GA on a farm and lived all of her adult life there. Rose had a high school education and worked as a cook for a local Albany, GA restaurant for many years. Although she did not make a lot of money, she was the master at making ends meet for her family. She loved her children and grandchildren with all of her heart. She valued relationships and would give a person the shirt off of her back. I could never fill her shoes. She has gone home to be with the Lord and our family feels the void! She was a beautiful soul and has been missed! We still feel her love each and every day! I am thankful that God chose Rose to be my mother!
Myla is my husband’s beautiful mother! She is the oldest of two siblings. Myla was raised by her grandfather after her mother passed away when she was three years old. She was raised on a farm and ultimately became a Patient Care Technician at one the nursing home facilities in Albany, GA. She birthed and raised eleven children and has more than thirty grandchildren and great grandchildren. She truly exhibits motherly love and always wants the best for her family. Her prayer is that all of them live the very best life they can live. Myla has a beautiful spirit and is loved by many!
