  1. Are all of Rose + Myla’s clothing and products 100% G.O.T.S. certified? No, we also carry muslin and bamboo products that are eco-friendly as well. Most of our garments are made of 100% G.O.T.S. certified organic cotton. We pride ourselves on providing top quality organic clothing and products for our customers. Rose + Myla only work with manufacturers and suppliers whose garments are made of 100% G.O.T.S certified cotton and other top- quality eco-friendly fabrics as well.
  1. What makes organic products safer for my baby? Organic baby clothes are free of harmful dyes, pesticides, and other harmful chemicals that could irritate your baby’s skin. Organic cotton is also environmentally friendly.
  1. How much is shipping? We ship worldwide. The shipping rate will depend on the amount of clothing and/or products you purchase from Rose + Myla.
  1. How long does it take for packages to ship? Delivery times on orders depend on destination. It usually takes 3-5 business days for packages to be delivered domestically within the United States. International packages may take 2-6 weeks to be delivered. All orders will have a tracking number. Email Customer Support at shop@roseandmyla.com if you have questions.
  1. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that we use the USPS International Priority Service to ship internationally. Once your package is shipped, we cannot offer any additional information in regards to delivery. We are not responsible for any international shipping delays. However, we will provide a USPS tracking number for you to check on the status of your delivery. Please note that international sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We ship to North America, South America, Central America, Africa, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Netherlands, Sweden, and Germany.   1. What is your return policy? You have a 30-day window to return any unworn and unwashed clothing for a full refund. All packaging and tags must be intact. As a safety precaution, we do not allow customers to return toys. Please see our Return Policy for additional information.   1. How long does it take to receive a refund? Once we receive your return and we ensure that it has not been worn or used, your refund is issued immediately. it could take 7-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your bank account or returned to your credit card.   1. If I receive a defective item or if my order is wrong, how do I return or exchange it? The happiness of our customers is a top priority! If you have received a defective item or your order is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible! We will make the exchange right away. Email Customer Support at shop@roseandmyla.com to initiate the exchange process.
  1. My package is missing! Now what? In the event that you do not receive your package and the tracking shows that it has been delivered, look around your home or ask your post office to do a little more checking around their facility. If you still have not received the package within 24 hours from getting the delivery notice, please contact us at shop@roseandmyla.com. We will try our best to assist you.
