Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rose + Myla! We appreciate our customers shopping with us for their little ones clothing and product needs. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re more than happy to help you with your return or exchange.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date that you purchase it. To be eligible for a return at Rose + Myla, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, tags intact, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. As a safety precaution, we do not accept any products that have been opened. We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. Items classified as “FINAL SALE” and international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These sales are FINAL. Please email us first at shop@roseandmyla.com if you need to initiate the returnprocess. Make sure you put your first/last name and  “RETURN” in the subject line of the email. Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@roseandmyla.com and send your item to:

Refunds

Once we have received the item you want returned, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item. If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in 7-10 business days after we have inspected the product.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The cost of shipping is non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost you incurred for shipping will not be included.
